Dancer, Teacher

Jazley Faith is a Southern California native with a passion for media and art. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in English and Literary Journalism, and won the School of Humanities Undergraduate Award for Literary Journalism in 2017. During her time at UCI, Jazley was the executive producer of Anteater TV, a student-run media company where she produced video content, negotiated campus partnerships, and grew the team. She was also the president of Movement Exchange at UCI, a chapter of a national non-profit organization that utilizes dance as a form of social justice and outreach. This organization allowed her to travel to Panamá to teach dance to at-risk youth and college students. Jazley has written, photographed, filmed, and edited digital content for various publications, including OC Weekly. She has been dancing for over 18 years, and teaches at local dance studios. In her free time, she enjoys salsa dancing and fitting pointe shoes. Visual Work: || @jazleyfaithphoto
