Terri Best "Pirouette-Chaîné Combination" - Jazz Online Dance Class Exercise

This across-the-floor combination includes double pirouettes, direction changes and chaînés.  It helps develop the ability to move seamlessly into and out of different types of turns while traveling.

Notes
  • Use a high parallel passé in the pirouettes.
  • Spot sharply on counts 7, 8 for the pirouettes.
  • Keep arms strong and lines clean in pivots.
  • Spot on count 6 for the single chaîné, and on the "and" counts for the doubles.
