This exercise is very athletic, and includes high jumps, floorwork, turns and a kip-up. Warm yourself up!

Notes
  • You'll need to use your pliĆ© to get enough height and execute sliding into the floor properly and also enough pop in your kip up to land in a strong preparation for your pirouette.
  • Use your pliĆ© to get heights.
  • Point your feet when sliding to the floor.
  • Strong donkey kick.
  • A "kip up" is when you pop up from your shoulders to your feet.
