This exercise is very athletic, and includes high jumps, floorwork, turns and a kip-up. Warm yourself up!
Notes
- You'll need to use your pliƩ to get enough height and execute sliding into the floor properly and also enough pop in your kip up to land in a strong preparation for your pirouette.
- Use your pliƩ to get heights.
- Point your feet when sliding to the floor.
- Strong donkey kick.
- A "kip up" is when you pop up from your shoulders to your feet.
