Classical based bollywood chaîné turn with arms. You will be challenged to use soft arms while turning with specificity and precision.
Notes
- While the arms are soft, they are not weak. Keep the energy focused and specific to the ends of the finger tips.
- You have to maintian an awareness of spotting while being able to direct your gaze towards your arm/hand movements.
- Don't minimize your range of motion - these turns should move freely from side to side and cover ground. Women should imagine wearing big flary skirts and men harem pants - both garments should catch the air and flow while doing this turn.
