This exercise is about fast footwork and learning how to distribute weight between your heel and toe.
Notes
- Bend your knees and push them away from center.
- Keep your weight evenly distributed between one heel and one toe.
- Push your heels towards the center.
- As you foot slides in, the other heel lifts up.
- Keep the foot without wieght on it about 1cm off the floor.
