This exercise is about learning how to glide and making it look like you are ice skating/floating.
Notes
- Push all your weight into your toe.
- Keep your floating foot 1cm off the ground.
- Keep moving throughout the glide.
- Face all 4 corners.
- Diagonal movements of the foot with no weight on it.
- Start to connect the glides so each movement is seamless and connects to the next.
