This exercise is about learning the wave. You will learn isolations in the arms and learn to connect them into one fluid movement.
Notes
- Only move one muscle at a time.
- Have resistance.
- Don't forget to use your chest.
- Bend your knees. Sit deep in a chair.
- Keep your elbows up high.
- Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, chest, stomach, hips, knees. Each point should be seperate.
