This exercise is about learning the wave. You will learn isolations in the arms and learn to connect them into one fluid movement. 

Notes
  • Only move one muscle at a time.
  • Have resistance.
  • Don't forget to use your chest.
  • Bend your knees. Sit deep in a chair.
  • Keep your elbows up high.
  • Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, chest, stomach, hips, knees. Each point should be seperate.
