This is a quick moving across the floor combining different technical elements. You will be working on stretching your leg lines along with floor work. This is a great exercise to work on transitioning up and down from the floor.
Notes
- Tilt at your waist during the attitude. Think about keeping your focus front while you pretend someone is pulling your toe.
- Keep your weight lifted when transitioning to the floor. Roll on the outside of your leg to prevent hitting your knee.
- Make sure your weight is over the hands and shoulders while doing the floor kick handstand.
