Description

This is an across the floor that includes rolling to the floor. You will be working on the proper technique of placing the hand down first then tucking the knee behind the supported leg and rolling on the outside of the leg. To prevent injury you should never hit your knee when rolling to the floor.

About the instructor

Melissa Miles is a resident choreographer at Knott’s Berry Farm ("All Wheels Extreme," "The Haunt," and more), as well as music videos for Jackson Harris and Midnight Mirage. She has had the pleasure of teaching at Millennium Dance Complex and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in LA, and Broadway Dance Center Tokyo. She currently teaches at the Edge PAC, The Streetz dance convention, across the US and internationally including Spain, Japan, France, Mexico, and Canada.
