This exercise works on landing jumps with control to be able to switch direction after landing quickly.
Notes
- Hold your core the entire time! It will help you with direction changes and stability.
- Use your counterbalance. As your leg comes behind as you jump, if you allow for your torso to counteract just slightly it will help immensely.
- Stay grounded!
