Kavita Rao "Step Touch, Jump Touch" - Bollywood Online Dance Class Exercise

This exercise will help you understand how to transfer your weight from one side to another while maintaining the "Diamond" position.  The step touch incorporates a level change while the jump touch stays in a grounded pliĆ©.  We add the hands on the second eight count for a harder variation.

Notes
  • "The non-weight bearing leg must always have an elevated heel.
  • The hips initiate the movement in a jump touch.
  • The upper body does not lean to either side, nor does it sway front or back."
