This exercise focuses on your center and hips position using levels, from a grand plié to an inside attitude turn.
Notes
- Remember to rotate through the tops of your inner thighs as you slide into a deep grand plie in second.
- Transfer the weight fully onto your supporting leg before you take off for your inside attitude turn.
- Only take your front attitude to a height that doesn't change the positioning of your pelvis/hips...no tipping toward your supporting leg.
- Make each spot with every turn sharp and accurate.
