This exercise works on maintaining a strong center while quickly changing directions and transitioning down and up from the floor seamlessly.
Notes
- Sharply change your spot as you step out to roll to the floor.
- Stay pulled up in your center as you roll (don't relax your weight down into the ground).
- Push from underneath your hamstrings and butt to stand up (try not to lean forward at the waist).
