This exercise is great for putting into practice the use of pas de bourrée as a traveling step. The steps will be slow and fast to practice changing weight and tempo.

Notes
  • Keep your shoulders over your hips. Don't let them sway, especially on the slower tempo.
  • Even though the first step of the pas de bourrée crosses back, keep the steps traveling forward by pushing off that first foot.
  • Stay in plié (legs bent), through the entire combination. This will allow you to find strength and speed.
  • Once you have mastered this exercise, move on to the next level with the exercise "Pas De Bourrée Changing Spot I"
