There are some timing and power changes in this intermediate across the floor routine. Make sure you think about what part of your body is creating power and how to use is to sustain the places that hold.

Notes
  • Push through your back on the count of 1 of the first 8 to help give you momentum and power from the drag that will carry through the cabriole.
  • Use the weight of the arm swing with the passé on counts 6-7 to help initiate the chaîné of count 8. 
  • Find the power of the rotation of the standing leg for the dégagé after the chaîné with the spiral of the upper body.
