Keep yourself agile with this exercise as you move side to side executing travelling 3-beat flaps, shiggy bops and finish with what I like to call a tripflap.
Notes
- Take you time, learn this slowly and evenly.
- Strive for as much relaxation in your ankles with executing the triple flaps.
- Take up space when zigzagging through the exercise.
- When executing your Shiggy Bop think up not out.
- Same goes for the Tripflap at the end and make sure all your weight is directly under your body, relax your ankle completely.
