In this exercise you will be working on two things: holding your core to engage all your ab muscles, as well as holding your position in a deep squat to Squat, Drop and Pop!
Notes
- Make sure you stretch before doing this. You want your feet to be really far apart and get as low as you can.
- You have to hold your center to make sure you are not losing your position.
- Your hands are very powerful on this, so use them to help you keep balance.
- Make sure when you're looking side to side, to lean a little the opposite way, your hands are going so you keep your balance.
