We're kicking off the month of May with some dance moves for a good cause. Join Abi Perl in a high-energy Jazz Heels class as she takes over the DancePlug Instagram livestream on Friday, May 1st at:
- 3PM Pacific US
- 5PM Central US
- 6PM Eastern US
Abi is a professional commercial dancer and choreographer, with a technical foundation in a variety of dance styles. She has a strong presence in film, television, and social media. You may recognize her from her appearance on NBC's World of Dance Season 2 dancing with The Heartbreakers.
Although heels are recommended for class, they are optional depending on your level of comfort and home-studio set up. Class will start with a quick warm-up before diving into heels technique and choreography!
Donations are welcome and all proceeds will go to Frontline Foods in an effort to support the fight against COVID-19. We can't wait to see you in class!
