Alexie's small frame hasn't held her back from accomplishing some of her biggest dreams as a dancer, actor, teacher, adjudicator and host. She is best known for her warm smile, optimism and heartfelt dance moves on "So You Think You Can Dance" S7 as a top 11 finalist. She grew up dancing and competing in Southern California and was introduced to the entertainment world when she first performed on Star Search at the age of 6. Her training includes ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz-funk, and hip-hop. She graduated with a BA in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA, where she also studied Flamenco, Modern, Contact Improv, Capoeira, Egyptian Belly Dance, Polynesian, West African, and Salsa. After graduating, she joined the LA Laker Girls for 2 seasons. Alexie has worked on commercials and industrials for McDonald's, Bing, Disney, Payless, Nissan, Nordstroms, Reebok; music videos with Prince, Nelly Furtado, Macy Gray, Daft Punk, Pharrell, the Pussycat Dolls, Kelly Clarkson and the Paris By Night franchise. On film and television her credits include the Oscar Awards, "America's Got Talent", “X-Factor”, Disney Promos, Nickelodeon’s “How to Rock”, "Entourage", Jay Leno's Late Night Show, Carson Daly Show, the Debbie Allen Tribute of “Fame” on the TV Land Icon Awards, "Lucifer" on Netflix, and has appeared on "GLEE" as a series dance regular. She has taught nationally and across countries including Japan, Mexico, Cuba, and the Philippines. She is currently part of the faculty and judging panel for the Nationally renowned Showstopper Dance Competition.
She continues to pursue all that makes her feel more alive and in love with life!

Alexie is a dancer, actor, born performer. She grew up dancing and competing in Southern California. She was introduced to the entertainment world through her teacher and mentor Tina D'Amato Sidoni at the age of 6 and has been auditioning and performing ever since. Her training includes ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz-funk, and hip-hop. She graduated with a BA in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA, where she also studied Flamenco, Modern, Contact Improv, Capoeira, Egyptian Belly Dance, Polynesian, West African, and Salsa. Recently, Alexie was a Top 11 contestant on the television show "So You Think You Can Dance" Season 7. She continues to pursue all that makes her feel more alive and in love with life because she believes what the world really needs, are people who are more alive!
