This is an across the floor exercise to help with learning grooves. It starts with walking then goes in to a grooving feeling. It has a few change of directions and faces all sides of the room.
Notes
- After the first 4 walks hit that first line really sharp.
- At the top of the second 8, make sure to change your weight from back to front.
- When the leg slides out while facing back, make sure you move to that leg. That will help it travel.
