This is an across the floor combination working with pliés and contractions. You will be focusing on balance, strengthening your core, and pulling up through your torso.
Notes
- Connect your foot to your knee at passé on the first two contractions.
- Travel on the walks so you can cover more space. This will give you practice on traveling when you dance.
- Keep your chest pulled upon with plié in 2nd position. Drop your pelvis straight down without pushing it back.
- Pull your abs to the back of the spine on your contractions without dropping your shoulders too far forward.
