This is a plié exercise for warm up. It combines the pliés with side stretches. It is meant to warm up the back as well.
Notes
- When you do the forced arch raises keep your weight centered to get maximum relevé.
- Keep your shoulders down as you go into the grand plié.
- Use your breath as you transition between positions.
