This exercise is used to rock your body front and scooping the leg to help your change your directions.
Notes
- In order to turn, push your foot down to scoop.
- Use your nose as a reference to make your body go east and west, then pop over with your leg to face east again.
- Keep your weight light when you jump onto your back leg.
