This exercise is about working on your groove. It's important to incorporate your upper body with your lower body.
Notes
- Maybe people have trouble with this groove. It's not the kick-ball-change that's the hard part, it's getting the rock in the upper body at the same time. Make sure to really shift your weight and rock your body back on the "BALL".
- Arms are very important as well. Feel free to experiment with them, swinging them open and close etc.
