This exercise moves right and left. It involves transferring your weight between each foot and transferring your weight between your ball and your heel. This exercise is a great way to find a numerical pattern versus thinking in terms of right and left foot.

Notes
  • Count the pattern using numbers.
  • Accent the one count.
  • Make sure that you begin with the opposing foot when traveling.
  • Think of this exercise as a long, long, short, short, long pattern. A, A, B, B, A (the B's or shorts is the Break).
