Notes
  • Start in a deep second position pliĆ© with the back straight and the knees turned out over the toes. Your whole body moves front or back in one motion staying at the same level.
  • Keep knees pressing back over the toes while moving.
  • Core is engaged in order to keep the upper body in alignment.
  • Make sure to keep tailbone tucked.
  • Both feet move at the same time front or back.
