This is a technical contemporary combo with a lot of tempo changes and quick floor work. You will need to be engaged in your center as you will be challenged in balance, articulation, direction changes, and weight placement.

Notes
  • Be fluid in your movement. The combo only stops moving a few times. Dance through your transitions.
  • Use a lot of energy on the quicker moments to be on time with the music.
  • Demonstrate long leg lines by giving attention to stretching behind the knee.
  • Be light on the floor work. Smooth and controlled.
