This is an across the floor that includes rolling to the floor. You will be working on the proper technique of placing the hand down first then tucking the knee behind the supported leg and rolling on the outside of the leg. To prevent injury you should never hit your knee when rolling to the floor.

Notes
  • Stay lifted in your core when rolling to the floor. Do not collapse down, stay light and lifted.
  • Place your hand to the ground first before rolling
  • NEVER hit your knee on the floor. Roll on the outside of the leg.
