Tovaris Wilson "Warm Up Pliés" - Lyrical Online Dance Class Exercise

This is a plié exercise for warm up. It combines the pliés with side stretches. It is meant to warm up the back as well.

Notes
  • When you do the forced arch raises keep your weight centered to get maximum relevé.
  • Keep your shoulders down as you go into the grand plié.
  • Use your breath as you transition between positions.
