This exercise is designed for your to use your breath while working on both contracting and releasing. You will be using your lower levels to warm up the hips while connecting to your center and finding your length.

Notes
  • Focus on opening the chest while in 2nd position plié. Shoulders back and broad chest. Sternum lifted to the sky.
  • Stretch your back knee in your lunge.
  • While rolling up, feel your spine stack on top of itself, take your time, and let your head come up last.
