- Specific diagonals left and right on the 1st 8 counts. Large steps out to create wide base. Expand and contract in belly.
- Place right heel down and left on relevé in preparation for floor roll. Sharp position in arms.
- Step out (not under yourself) smooth in recovering from floor roll.
