Notes
  • To keep leg stability think of pulling up like stirrups on either side of the arch of our foot while simultaneously pushing down through the ball of your foot!
  • Keep your core engaged the whole time, and squeeze your inner thighs!
  • Breathe! Holding your breathe will only cause you to lose your balance! Breathe!
