This is a beginner combo to build strength and stamina. The music is a bit heavy to assist in getting into the deepest plié possible and using the bottom of the plié to really push yourself in the air.
Notes
- Really concentrate on the plié in the beginning to be sure knee is over second toe.
- Show beautifully pointed turned out foot in tendu a la seconde.
- Sharp, energetic and precise échappé and relevé passées.
- Really get legs into 5th position sous sous on the traveling chassées.
