This exercise will help you understand how to transfer your weight from one side to another while maintaining the "Diamond" position. The step touch incorporates a level change while the jump touch stays in a grounded pliƩ. We add the hands on the second eight count for a harder variation.
Notes
- "The non-weight bearing leg must always have an elevated heel.
- The hips initiate the movement in a jump touch.
