This exercise is use to engage your inner thighs and core while traveling front and back.
Notes
- Start in a deep second position pliƩ with the back straight and the knees turned out over the toes. Your whole body moves front or back in one motion staying at the same level.
- Keep knees pressing back over the toes while moving.
- Core is engaged in order to keep the upper body in alignment.
- Make sure to keep tailbone tucked.
- Both feet move at the same time front or back.
