Notes
- 3 core exercises for 1 minute each with 15 seconds off in between: 1. Mountain Climbers, 2. Side plank, 3. Forearm plank with added knee bends
- For more of a challenge, combine this with my 3 Minute Cardio Burst exercise!
- If you need more support, grab a mat or towel to do these exercises on.
