In this exercise, connect with the floor to bounce back up onto your center.
Notes
- Stay in a nice low pliƩ during the first step, ball-change and really travel across the floor.
- Reach your arms long in opposition to the slide to the floor to help you maintain control and give you a long body line.
- From the squat, transfer your weight completely over the supporting leg before you stand up into your outside turn.
- Make sure the push you use for the outside turn travels straight up and not out.
