Notes
  • Stay in a nice low pliĆ© during the first step, ball-change and really travel across the floor.
  • Reach your arms long in opposition to the slide to the floor to help you maintain control and give you a long body line.
  • From the squat, transfer your weight completely over the supporting leg before you stand up into your outside turn.
  • Make sure the push you use for the outside turn travels straight up and not out.
