This exercise combines, turn technique, directional changes, balance and working for greater length in your lines!

Notes
  • Remember that precision is important, so be sure that you not only spot to execute those direction changes, but also step clearly where you wish to go. Follow through to a square arm line to match each change of direction.
  • When finishing the inside pirouette, put the majoirity of your weight on that leg so you will know exactly which direction to head... this exercise is meant to be tricky, but FUN when you nail it!
