This is a cramp roll exercise that will help you start to add more sounds into your cramp roll variations. It will help you to articulate and separate those sounds.
Notes
- Pick your knees up to separate the 6 sounds.
- Use your pliƩ when landing to cushion your landing but also accent the heel and ball of your feet.
- Accent your heels to keep the continuity of the rhythms.
- Consistently count your sounds.
