We will be using this exercise to work on weight transfers and combining different arm variations. By combining these two moves together, we get a great foundation for a basic step that you can do a whole bunch of ways.

About the instructor

Benjamin has been an industry insider for over 10 years. His vibrant personality and fresh originality has brought him many great opportunities as a choreographer. He has worked with Will.I.Am and Drew Barrymore, and developed routines for VH-1, Oxygen and several NBC Projects. He is currently on faculty at Edge Performing Arts Center, teaches master classes around the globe and runs a dance fitness movement he created, called GROOV3.
