This is a center exercise blending small jumps with a pirouette.
Notes
- For each small jump, make sure to use your plié and maintain your upper frame.
- Hold the arabesque for 2 counts - you can stay on flat, then later try it with a piqué on relevé.
- Make your drag forward powerful and long, so there is a dynamic change into the quick grounded glissade.
