This exercise works on the 3 basic elements of bboying- top rock, a go down, and some simple footwork.
Notes
- Put your weight into your out side foot on the top rock step.
- Bend your supporting leg as soon as you can when you go to the floor for your mini sweep.
- Use your hips for power when coming back up.
- Keep your weight over your shoulders when on the ground on your footwork.
